French Customer Service Representative – located in the centre of Nottingham, our client, a leading international organisation, has an immediate vacancy for a French speaking Customer Service Representative to join their fast-paced Customer Service department.

As an experienced French speaking Customer Service Representative / Administrator you will be using your native level French daily. Duties will include:

Looking after key / independent accounts
Building first class relationships with your customers
Order management
Dealing with deliveries & following up claims and returns
Liaising with warehousing and distribution and credit to ensure orders go out on time
Making decisions to release orders or put them on stop

This is a busy and demanding customer service role within an international & multicultural environment. The successful French speaking Customer Service Representative / Administrator will need to be proactive, confident and outgoing, capable of working within a team environment and building relationships with customers and internal departments.

You must be commercially aware, be able to deal with conflict, issues and complaints and work within an ever-changing environment. Previous customer service / admin experience essential, ideally gained within a fast moving, ever changing environment. Strong Excel skills a must.
