Inside Sales Account Manager £25,000 OTE £48,000

Exciting opportunity for experienced Internal Sales Account Manager to join an established sales desk within this expanding IT company that fully embraces employee engagement and looks for passion, drive, and respect within its workforce.

You will be expected to develop their customer base through prospecting and successful account management, selling IT hardware and attached services to new and existing customers.

This will entail accountability for sales revenue generation and growth, business development and the management of customer relationships.  This is a fast paced role where you will be expected to meet personal and team sales targets.

Duties to include:

  • Business Development: identifying new opportunities and following up leads
  • Existing Sales: managing existing accounts, selling hardware and attached services, acting as the first point of contact for sales within your customer base and interpreting & understanding customer requirements aligning with the specific products available
  • Commercial Management: sales forecasting

You will be expected to assist in creating a winning team culture, build relationships with procurement and exceed individual and team targets.

The successful Inside Sales Account Manager must have the passion, drive, and desire to succeed, strong sales skills, be able to pick up the phone and build rapport and be able demonstrate initiative, self-confidence and great negotiation skills.

Commercial acumen, flexibility, strong communication skills and evidence of exceeding sales targets are also essential qualities for this position.

Although not vital, French, German or Spanish linguistic skills would be an asset as would previous IT sales skills and experience of utilising recognised sales methodologies and techniques.
