Marketing & Communications Manager

Great opportunity for passionate, innovative, and highly motivated Marketing & Communications Manager to join well-established organisation operating within the IT sector as it goes through a period of growth.

Fully invested in their staff they are keen to employ someone who will naturally embrace and reflect their core values and bring energy, drive, and foresight to the business.

Whilst the marketing team at present is small growth is anticipated as such a naturally strong leader is required in addition to relevant Marketing and Communications skills and experience.

Duties to include:

  • Day to day management of the marketing department
  • Keeping service value propositions up to date
  • Managing and developing data intelligence
  • Ensuring CRM data is kept up to date
  • Managing budgets
  • Delivering a cohesive content marketing plan that positions the business as a thought leader and trusted advisor
  • Building close relationships with the sales team
  • Management of 3rd party partners to include PR and digital marketing agencies, events, telemarketing, video production and corporate hospitality
  • Website and social media content
  • Management of direct reports

The successful Marketing & Communications Manager must be able to demonstrate a track record in creating dynamic multi-channel marketing plans, revenue generation from marketing activities, copy writing skills and experience in managing a high-performance communications and marketing team.

Whilst not essential a marketing qualification would be an asset.

Suit self-motivated and ambitious self-starter who has a track record of delivering multi-channel marketing projects who has a pro-active and can-do attitude, a confident and personable manner, and an ability to build rapport and relationships internally and externally.

Working from home the successful Marketing & Communications Manager will ideally be based within a 60 minute commute of Winchester. Regular travel and overnight business trips will also be an integral part of this role.
