SAP Analysts – Exciting newly created opportunities for experienced SAP Analysts to join well-established globally recognised organisation / brand as they set up a new team to implement SAP across EMEA.
As an experienced SAP Analyst, you will be responsible for the representation for the Global ERP S4 Fashion creation and roll out specific to one of the following areas: Record to Report, Procure to Pay and Order to Cash. The role of SAP Analyst is an active member of their global IT community and reports directly into the SAP Lead.
In short, as SAP Analyst you will be accountable for future functional and technical design, configuration and integration of the SAP S4 Fashion Solution within your specific area and be expected to ensure consistent definition and compliance of security and financial compliancy within the ERP solution.
You will be partnering with SI leads and Business Leads to ensure design meets requirements and any anomalies resolved.
In relation to the EMEA ERP Program roll-out you will be responsible for end to end process reviews, reviewing Project workplans, scheduling reviews of program deliverables and status, and assigning IT resources to workshops, data cleansing & migration, test planning & execution, training, cutover planning, cutover execution and hypercare support activities. Driving EMEA action items from Global Process Owner meetings to completion, coordinating activities with 3rd Parties for EDI, B2B, Legacy changes and supporting data cleansing/migration activities
Furthermore, as a SAP Analyst and member of the global SAP team for Long Term Support you will be expected to help define and build solid business processes, meet objectives of projects including technical scope, stretch goals, deliverables, strategy, milestones, required tasks, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, and contingency plans and undertake quality assurance plans/testing and implementation of best practices.
The successful SAP Analysts will ideally be degree educated, possess experience in SAP Configuration and implementation with recent hands-on experience. Ideally gained within apparel, footwear, fashion management or the consumer products industry sector. Strong knowledge of SAP S4 Fashion Configuration, Idocs, Testing etc. required.
Team fit is paramount and as such you must be an innovative problem solver and business savvy, possess great communication and collaboration skills and able to work cross functionally across all levels of the organisation.
