Spanish speaking Helpdesk Call Analyst, a great opportunity for outgoing and confident individual with great customer service, call centre or retail experience to work for expanding organisation based in the heart of Nottingham city centre. You will be providing first line support to both European (Spanish) and UK clients, resolving queries, some of a technical nature, or logging and transferring (and monitoring to successful conclusion) for more in-depth support.
