Technical Contracts Administrator £18,000

Great opportunity for proactive and strong Administrator who is “Tech Savvy” to join a leading IT Service provider, going through a substantial phase of growth. This role will allow you to “Learn on the job” As full training will be provided!

As the Technical Contracts Administrator, you will work on a variety of tasks related to the processing of contract additions, deletions, and changes as part of the Business Take-On function.

Due to the nature of this role, it will require a level of technical understanding & interest, as well as strong administration skills. As you will be producing customer documentation and updating the internal systems.

Duties to include:

  • Business Take-On
  • Follow set processes for all Additions, Deletions, Renewals, and changes
  • Manage all aspects of the Contracts Database
  • Deal with Entitlement queries from the Customer Support Team
  • Work closely with the Customer Support Team and other relevant departments to inform them of new contracts •
  • Ensure that planned parts are sent to the correct FSL/Site-Stock location
  • Liaising closely with account managers to ensure the smooth on-boarding of new customers

The ideal candidate will have the ability & willingness to learn, be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, strong accuracy, and high attention to detail & be able to apply initiative to solve problems, whilst prioritising & organising own work in a busy environment
